It was so nice to play with amazing new MFT’s products once more-it got my creative juices flowing again. I also realized that I missed it so much! I loved working with the Sweetest Somebunny set, not because of Easter being this weekend. But because I loved the delicate sketching of the bunnies. They are so sweet and simple-which is just how I also wanted my card to be. And then with my second card I always want to go in a different direction...using the Photo Booth Strip-I played a lot more with color and patterns. While still try to keep things simple-but with a pop! There is nothing that gives my more joy than being able to play with lots of white space and then with lots of color/patterns. Boy, has it been a while since I have blogged! When I was asked to guest for my old family MFT’s this month-I could not pass on the chance to be paper creative! I was a bit rusty and needed this to get my groove back. I have not done a thing since my last post just below this one. Ok, so let me tell you what new April products I used on my cards today...Sweetest Somebunny stamps/die-namics, Photo Booth Strip die-namics, Fishtail Flag trio die-namics and Sweet Spring Friends stamp/die-namics. It is finally beginning to feel and look like spring here in nothern VA-I tried to envoke this spring feeling into my cards! Blooming flowers and pretty greens work wonders with cutest of spring critters! And using a few of my usual MFT’s favorites-like the lined up background stamp;-D...is the cherry on top.
